Since the early 2000's we have been one of the early adopters of modular construction and mat-building. Integrating the mat-building technique with the modular construction building process allows our team to build larger projects, produce unmatched quality for clients and utilize a more sustainable construction process than the traditional route. As a 4th generation real estate developer, I'm no stranger to the construction site. From historic renovations and new builds to everything in between, I have the experience and expertise to coordinate a project from the early creative design sessions to the meetings with the engineering and zoning folks and onsite for delivery, set day and project closeout.
